24 Apr Friday…with magazines and an allotment

Over the last month or so I’ve been lucky enough to have some really lovely pieces in a couple of magazines as well as being responsible for and editing the Fiveways Artists magazine for the Artists Group I am involved with here in Brighton and specifically for the Open Houses during the festival…( there’s more info about my own house here too )

Little Thing magazine put together a lovely piece and I was so chuffed that they placed it next to a piece about a favourite of mine: Ja Soon Kim ( @omjsk on instagram )

Viva Brighton magazine also wrote a piece about my work… …and they’ve also asked me to take part in a pech kucha talk here in Brighton in a couple of weeks… I’ve never done one before so it will be quite an experience I think!

I met a friend in the garden centre who was choosing hose pipe ( yes, really ) and we decided that if he took the long one I could have his old shorter one…and give him a lift back to the allotment…so I did and it was a real unexpected pleasure.
